Our Country Pilsner takes its inspiration from the original and most sought-after Czech style Pilsners. It pours to a bright and clear golden tone, with a frothy head and a distinctive and desirable fresh aroma. Brewed in true Czech tradition with a single two-row Canadian malt and hopped with Mt.Hood hops (from the Saaz family) for bitterness (21 B.U.), flavor, and aromatics. This richly flavored Pilsner possesses an aromatic blend of earth and spice. It starts crisp and smooth, enticing you with its subtle malts, its crispness, and its distinctive fruity floral bitterness. A champion craft beer among Pilsner connoisseurs.

Full-bodied true red lager - our crystal malt-driven addition to our premium craft beers showcases a dynamic color and richness. Red roasted crystal barley malt defines the deep toffee tones with an elevated Nugget/Fuggle bitterness (28 B.U.). These qualities are balanced perfectly to create a full-bodied, satisfying craft beer. We created this rich full-bodied lager to offer a real barley grain alternative to that other mainstream RED beer which relies on caramel coloring and high-fructose sugar (pretend beer). It starts with an exciting aroma, compliments of the Hallertau hopping and then delivers a rush of full flavour that is bold with a satisfying Nugget bitterness (22 B.U.) finishing with a slight astringency, demanding a second calling. A new Canadian classic – Potato Beer is here! We start with a pre-brew of Dry Ale, once fermented we move the beer to our Kettle Chip processing line where we use this beer to individually wash freshly sliced potatoes before they are processed into Kettle Chips. Once we have gathered fresh Potato starch from these slices, we return the beer to the brew line where we break down the potato component into fermentable potato sugars. A secondary mash is prepared and blended with the potato-laden beer to create a beer that redefines brewing in Canada. The potato component adds an incredible smoothness to the final beer and a residual sweetness remains that makes this beer stand out amongst all craft beers. With a bitterness (14 B.U.), that is very palatable and repeatable to the adventurous craft beer lover. Our number one seller has received many accolades from both wine and beer lovers.

At the Brewery Farm, we love to grow hops, and after several years of playing in the hop gardens, we found that these farm-fresh hops will make outstanding fresh beers. We’ve created 5 unique and classic beers to date, we challenged ourselves to complete the 6th, by carefully combining 4 of our bittering hops (Centennial, Sterling, Galena, and Willamette) into a true IPA design - we nailed it. Subtle caramel malt provides enough sweetness to perfectly balance with an UNLEASHED bitterness of 48 B.U., within this bitterness is a citrus tone that moves almost to an orange finish.
